We want you to love your experience with **Auraflow**. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

## 💳 Refunds

We offer refunds on defective or damaged products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery at **hello@auraflow.store** with photos of the damage.

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

## 🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

- Delays caused by courier or customs
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong shipping address provided by customer
- Items returned without prior communication

We currently do not accept product returns due to our global fulfillment structure.
